The Heritage
In a surrounding so rich with historical and cultural references, the concept of the building clearly should relate to the architectural heritage. Leisure is an important part of this heritage, both historical and Modern models share the same physical, almost therapeutic relationship with nature.
The Shapes
Project for the villa follows the same attitude, investigating these two typologies; historical and the modern one. The villa develops a concept of the free-plan building, where the whole site is seen as an extension of the house. Guesthouse is detached from the main building, giving greater privacy to the guests. It is following the same conceptual logic of the main building.
